Track your order

Where your tracking number comes from, what the scans mean, and when to write to us.

Getting your number

Your tracking number is emailed the day the parcel leaves us, together with the carrier name and a direct link. It is not issued at the request stage and it is not issued at payment — only at dispatch. Check spam before writing to us; dispatch notifications are the message most often filtered.

Reading the scans

What you seeWhat it means
No scan yet, 24–48h after dispatch Normal. The first scan happens when the carrier processes the parcel at its first depot.
Label created / pre-transitWe have handed it over; the carrier has not scanned it in yet.
In transit, no movement for 3–5 days Normal on international legs, especially over a weekend or a customs clearance.
Customs clearance Held for inspection or duty assessment. Most clear in 1–3 business days.
Delivery attemptedCheck for a card, then book a redelivery with the carrier directly.
Delivered, but nothing arrived Check with neighbours and building reception first, then write to us. Carriers occasionally scan a parcel as delivered up to 24 hours early.

When to write to us

Domestic: no scan for 7 business days. International: no scan for 15 business days. Either way, email orders@useultramaxusa.com with your order reference and we open a carrier claim the same day. A parcel that meets those thresholds is replaced or refunded in full at your choice — we do not make you wait out the claim.
