What we collect, why, who else sees it, and how you get it back or get it deleted.

Who is responsible

The data controller for useultramaxusa.com is the company named on our About page. Privacy questions go to support@useultramaxusa.com and are answered by a person, not a queue.

What we collect

What we do not collect

We do not collect card numbers, expiry dates, security codes or bank details on this website. There is no payment form on useultramaxusa.com. When you pay, you do so on our payment provider's own secure page, and we receive only the last four digits of the card and the authorisation result. We also do not collect special-category data, and we do not knowingly collect anything from children under 16.

Legal basis

We process order data to perform our contract with you; security and fraud-prevention data on our legitimate interest in running the shop safely; and marketing email only with your explicit consent, which you can withdraw in one click from any message we send.

Who we share it with

Only with processors who need it to deliver your order: our payment provider, our carriers, and our email and hosting providers. Each is bound by contract to use the data only on our instructions. We do not sell personal data, we do not share it with data brokers, and we do not trade it for advertising.

International transfers

Our suppliers operate in the United States, the European Union and Brazil. Where data leaves the jurisdiction it was collected in, the transfer is covered by standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

How long we keep it

Order records: 7 years, because tax law requires it. Support correspondence: 24 months. Marketing consent: until you withdraw it. Analytics: 14 months, aggregated. Browser cart data lives only in your browser and you can clear it at any time by emptying your cart.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict or stop processing it, object to processing, or ask for it in a portable format. Write to support@useultramaxusa.com. We answer inside 30 days and we do not charge for it. If you are in the EU or UK you may also complain to your national supervisory authority; if you are in California you have the same access and deletion rights under the CCPA and we do not discriminate against anyone who exercises them.

Cookies

This site uses strictly necessary storage only: your cart and your session. We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies from our own pages. If that changes, this section changes with it and the banner will ask you first.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Order data is held in access-controlled systems. If a breach ever affects your data we will tell you and the relevant authority within 72 hours of becoming aware of it.

Changes

We post changes here with a new date at the top. Material changes are emailed to anyone with an open order.
